As an Organizational Excellence Expert, you will be a part of designing a strategy for the organizational adoption of excellence approach creating and improving processes within a team or a company to improve the organization value chain.

Educate employees at all levels, including senior managers on Agile/lean principles, providing them with tools for implementing the process, feedback and means of improvement in their own work.
Provide training sessions and teach valuable skills that lead toward the organization-wide adoption of Agile/Lean methodologies.
Responsible for guiding teams into the Agile methodology,
Provide hands-on support to all managers, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles,
Leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile/Lean as well as overall company growth and improvement.
Project management across company divisions.
Leading and accompanying horizontal projects in the Operations& Business Divisions.
Leading continuous improvement projects in the corporate & subsidiaries.
