Job Summary:
Fieldin is looking for a reliable Assistant Controller to join our growing finance team. To support with the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities of the company and will report directly to the Controller.

Responsibilities:
● Assisting in the daily operations of the accounting department
● Take significant part in the process of closing the reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
● Preparation of statutory reports (annual financial reports and tax reports)
● Weekly & monthly cash flow reporting including forecast
● Oversight of Bookkeepers daily work
● Being involved in cross-company projects and support the corporate accounting team.

What you will be doing:
- Join the R&D group and develop in a scalable environment.
- The Frontend Developer will enjoy developing from scratch new products, as well as, keep developing the flag-product in high standards and optimal coding environment.
- Maintaining and improving the existing code base

What you will be doing:
● Understand and identify opportunities for using ML given the data Fieldin collects and it’s business objectives.
● Collect and prepare the data for ML training. Format and shape the data to be suit the learning needs.
● Develop production ready code based on ML algorithms.
● Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability
● Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning and/or monitor, supervise and shape the data collection process.
● Defining the preprocessing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset
● Defining data augmentation pipelines
● Analyzing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them
