ClicksPros, a well-established technological and online marketing company, located in Bnei Yehuda (Southern Golan Heights), is looking for an Email Marketing Campaign & content manager to join our Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day creation of newsworthy and interesting content for our online newsletters.
• Prepare, test, and distribute email campaigns using multiple email marketing platforms.
• Perform constant optimization by reviewing previous campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of each campaign on a daily basis.
• Understanding and analyzing the impact of content on the performance of our marketing newsletters campaigns.
• Collaborating with other teams including, but not limited to, design, marketing operations, product marketing, and development to merge business goals with creative and engaging content.
• Managing multiple projects with short deadlines.
• Identifying opportunities for impactful A/B copy tests and following up on results.
• Bring innovative ideas and maximize campaign performance.

Requirements:
• English mother-tongue level – Must (additional language is a great advantage).
• Excellent oral, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Prior web-writing and content management experience - an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to absorb information and write as an expert in new fields.
• Understanding of graphic assets and knowledge of their use in digital content.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience building multi-channel marketing campaigns with marketing
automation tools - an advantage.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels such as email, push notifications, and SMS - an advantage.
• Internet savvy.
• Fast learner.
• Detail-oriented.
• High level of professionalism, responsibility, and confidentiality.
• Team player, collaborative with great communication skills.
